1. PARTIES

This agreement is entered into by the "SERVICE PROVIDER" and the "USER" who accesses, registers, or receives services via the websites listed above.

2. SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT

3. SERVICES

5. PAYMENTS

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND
